ਹੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਸਹੇਲੀਏ! ਮੈਂ ਹੁਣ ਆਪਣੇ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਵਾਨ ਪਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹਾਂ। ਮੇਰੀ ਆਤਮਾ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਹਿ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਲ ਗਿੱਝ ਗਏ ਹਨ।

O my companions, now I dwell with my Beloved Husband; my mind and body are attuned to the Lord.
ਸੁਣਿ ਸਖੀਏ ਮੇਰੀ ਨੀਦ ਭਲੀ; ਮੈ ਆਪਨੜਾ ਪਿਰੁ ਮਿਲਿਆ ॥

ਸ੍ਰਵਣ ਕਰ ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਿੱਤਰ! ਮੇਰੀ ਨੀਦਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਸ਼ਟ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਪਿਆਰਾ ਪਤੀ ਮਿਲ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ।

Listen, O my companions: now I sleep well, since I found my Husband Lord.
ਭ੍ਰਮੁ ਖੋਇਓ. ਸਾਂਤਿ ਸਹਜਿ ਸੁਆਮੀ, ਪਰਗਾਸੁ ਭਇਆ; ਕਉਲੁ ਖਿਲਿਆ ॥

ਮੇਰਾ ਸੰਦੇਹ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਠੰਢ-ਚੈਨ ਤੇ ਆਰਾਮ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਸੁਆਮੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਉਤੇ ਜ਼ਾਹਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਕੰਵਲ ਰੂਪੀ ਦਿਲ ਖਿੜ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
English
My doubts have been dispelled, and I have found intuitive peace and tranquility through my Lord and Master. I have been enlightened, and my heart-lotus has blossomed forth.
