ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀ ਉਪਮਾ ਤੇ ਬਦਖੋਹੀ ਕਰਨੀ ਦੋਨੋ ਹੀ ਛੱਡਣੇ ਯੋਗ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਦੇ ਦਰਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਲਣਾ ਉਚਿੱਤ ਹੈ।

Renounce both praise and blame; seek instead the state of Nirvaanaa.
