ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਤਰ-ਆਤਮੇ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜ਼ਾਹਿਰ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਦਿਨ ਰਾਤ ਆਪਦੀ ਜੀਭਾ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਜੱਸ ਗਾਇਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।

Those whose hearts are illuminated by God, sing the Kirtan of His Praises night and day with their tongues. ||3||
ਤੁਮ ਸਮਰਥ ਅਪਾਰ ਅਤਿ ਊਚੇ; ਸੁਖਦਾਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਅਧੋਰੀ ॥

ਮੇਰ ਮਾਲਕ, ਤੂੰ ਸਰਬ-ਸ਼ਕਤੀਵਾਨ ਬੇਅੰਤ, ਪਰਮ ਬੁਲੰਦ, ਆਰਾਮ ਦੇਣਹਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਜਿੰਦਜਾਨ ਦਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਹੈ।

You are All-powerful and Infinite, the most lofty and exalted, the Giver of peace; O God, You are the Support of the breath of life.
ਨਾਨਕ ਕਉ. ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕੀਜੈ ਕਿਰਪਾ; ਉਨ ਸੰਤਨ ਕੈ ਸੰਗਿ ਸੰਗੋਰੀ ॥੪॥੧੩॥੧੩੪॥
