Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If you were charged in error or are unhappy within 7 daysof a payment and haven’t made significant use of premium features, contact us for a full refund.

The Star-Temple report is delivered instantly and generated from your own data, so it is generally non-refundable once produced. If it failed to generate or you were double-charged, we’ll refund you in full.

Gifts that support the platform are voluntary and generally non-refundable. If you gave by mistake, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to help.

Tour enquiries are free. Any travel payment is made to the licensed travel partner and is governed by their cancellation and refund terms, shared with you before you pay.
