ਤੂੰ ਆਰਾਮ ਬਖਸ਼ਣਹਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਖ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਨਹਾਰ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਜੱਸ ਗਾਇਨ ਕਰ ਅਤੇ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਦੀ ਦਾਤ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋ ਵੰਝੇਗੀ।

Sing the Kirtan, the Praises of the Lord, the Giver of peace, the Destroyer of pain; He shall bless you with perfect spiritual wisdom.
ਕਾਮੁ ਕ੍ਰੋਧੁ ਲੋਭੁ ਖੰਡ ਖੰਡ ਕੀਨੑੇ; ਬਿਨਸਿਓ ਮੂੜ ਅਭਿਮਾਨੁ ॥੧॥

ਤੇਰੀ ਕਾਮ-ਚੇਸ਼ਟਾ, ਰੋਹੁ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਲਚ ਟੁਕੜੇ ਥੀ ਵੰਝਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰਾ ਮੂਰਖ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੰਕਾਰ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

Sexual desire, anger and greed shall be shattered and destroyed, and your foolish ego will be dispelled. ||1||
