He may proclaim, "I can kill anyone, I can capture anyone, and I can release anyone."

ਉਹ ਉਥੇ ਤਬਾਹ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਥੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ। ਉਹ ਕਿਸ ਦੇ ਮੂਹਰੇ ਫਰਿਆਦ ਕਰੇ?
