ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਟੁਰ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਦੇਹਾ ਟੁਰ ਵੰਞਣਗੀਆਂ। ਆਪਣੇ ਚਿੱਤ ਅੰਦਰ ਤੂੰ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੋਚ ਸਮਝ ਲੈ।

Just so, the transitory human bodies pass away. Reflect upon this in your mind.
ਗੰਢੇਦਿਆਂ ਛਿਅ ਮਾਹ; ਤੁੜੰਦਿਆ ਹਿਕੁ ਖਿਨੋ ॥੭॥

ਪ੍ਰਾਣੀ ਬਣਨ ਲਈ ਛੈ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਲੈਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਫੁੱਟਣ ਲਈ ਇਕ ਫੌਰਾ ਹੀ।

It takes six months to form the body, but it breaks in an instant. ||7||

ਫਰੀਦ:- ਧਰਤੀ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਦੀ ਹੈ, "ਮਲਾਹ ਕਿੱਧਰ ਨੂੰ ਚਲੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ?।"

O Fareed, the earth asks the sky, "Where have the boatmen gone?"
