ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਸੰਦੇਹ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ, ਇਨਸਾਨ ਦੀ ਆਤਮਾ ਤੇ ਦੇਹ ਪਵਿੱਤ੍ਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਦੀਵੀ ਆਰਾਮ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਦਿਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਿਕ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

The mind and body become immaculately pure, and a lasting peace fills the heart; doubt is eradicated from within. ||3||
ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਮਾਰਗੁ ਸਦਾ ਪੰਥੁ ਵਿਖੜਾ ਕੋ ਪਾਏ ਗੁਰ ਵੀਚਾਰਾ ॥

ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦਾ ਰਸਤਾ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਹੀ ਇੱਕ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲ ਰਾਹ ਹੈ। ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਥੋੜੇ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਹਰੀ ਦੇ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

The Way of the Lord is always such a difficult path; only a few find it, contemplating the Guru.
ਹਰਿ ਕੈ ਰੰਗਿ ਰਾਤਾ. ਸਬਦੇ ਮਾਤਾ; ਹਉਮੈ ਤਜੇ ਵਿਕਾਰਾ ॥

ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਨਾਲ ਰੰਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਮਤਵਾਲਾ ਹੋਇਆ, ਪ੍ਰਾਣੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੰਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਪਾਪ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

Imbued with the Lord's Love, and intoxicated with the Shabad, he renounces ego and corruption.
